In order to change the multifunction turn signal switch, the sir system needs to be disabled and the trim covers need to be removed. Rotate the column to a center position, reconnect the connectors, and wipe out the assembly. Install windows assembly, making sure contacts are connected, and reconnect connectors and put the trim covers back before enabling the sir system.
