How to replace the wiper motor on 2004 Cadillac Escalade EXT?

In order to change the wiper motor, take off the wiper arms and air inlet grille panel. Unscrew the bolts and the panel of strengthening, and then unscrew the electrical connector. Take off the wiper transmission assembly and tear off the drive link. Install the new motor, reconnect electrical connector and re-install everything. Check the wipers.
