How to Replace an Evaporator Core in a Delphi System on 2004 Cadillac Escalade ESV?

In order to change the evaporator core, begin by taking out the HVAC module. Take off heat stake with a screwdriver and hammer, and then strip the assembly of screws. On the evaporator cowl, remove the gasket and detach the upper and the lower HVAC modules. Install the new core of the evaporator, reconnect the parts and fasten using screws.
