How to replace the intermediate steering shaft on 2004 Buick Rendezvous?

In replacement of the intermediate steering shaft, make sure to leave the steering column locked then disconnect the components. Do not adjust the front tires to prevent misalignment. Take out the front tire on the left, reach the lower bolt, and unscrew the middle steering shaft. Install again by connecting it with the steering column and gear.
