    A: Commence Fan Clutch replacement by unfastening the cooling fan along with shroud next remove the push-pin before liberating the electrical connector of the Fan Clutch from the shroud. First remove the Fan Clutch from its position in the fan shroud before using a socket to remove the 4 bolts from between the Fan Blade and the Fan Clutch. This step enables you to separate Fan Blade from Fan Clutch. Before installation users must apply the fastener notice from service precautions then join the Fan Blade to the Fan Clutch and fasten the 4 bolts until they reach a torque of 27 nm (20 ft. Lbs.). First, fit the Fan Clutch onto the fan shroud and then restore the push-pin connection to the Fan Clutch electrical connector and lastly replace the cooling fan and its shroud.
