How to replace the power window motor on 2003 GMC Sonoma?

Removing the power window regulator in order to replace the power window motor. Drill a hole through the regulator and sector gear, then install a bolt as a means of holding the gear together. Locate the motor by just drilling the rivets out then fit the new motor and what was removed back in with rivets.
