The belt must be taken off the pulleys followed by the Drive Belt tensioner before gradually letting tension out of the Drive Belt tensioner then removing the breaker bar together with the socket. Check and cleanse all the pulley belt surfaces. The installation process begins with running the Drive Belt around all pulleys except the idler pulley followed by inserting a breaker bar with hex-head socket onto the belt tensioner bolt for clockwise motion which relieves tension.
