How to replace the Coolant Temperature Sensor on 2003 GMC Safari?

In order to change the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor, one needs to switch off the ignition and take off the engine cover. Pour out the coolant, unplug the electrical connector, and take out ECT sensor. Install new sensor with sealer, reconnecting the harness, refilling the cooling system and fitting the engine cover. Be careful with the sensor to prevent its destruction.
