How to service and repair the Cam Gear and sprocket on 2003 Chevrolet S10?

You have to remove the engine front cover and reluctor ring. Insert a bolt in the crankshaft, turn till timing marks reach number-four cylinder at TDC. Loose camshaft sprocket bolts, sprocket, chain, crankshaft sprocket and balancer key; examine parts. Install key, crankshaft and chain sprocket at positions, tighten bolts, reluctor ring and front cover.
