You need to tighten the Water Pump bolts so the torque is 10 nm (89 inch lbs.). Tighten the Water Pump Pulley and bolt only enough to keep it in place, then put on the Drive Belt and tighten the Water Pump Pulley bolts to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.). You should then fill the cooling system and check for any leaks.
