How to replace the radiator hose outlet on 2003 Chevrolet Astro?

In order to change the radiator outlet hose, drain the cooling system and take off the air cleaner assembly. Position the Hose Clamps of radiator and water pump with the Hose Clamp Pliers and remove the outlet hose. Re-connect the hose and the clamps, drop the vehicle, and fill in the cooling system.
