How to service and repair the rear Fender Splash Shield for wheelhouse extension replacement on 2003 Chevrolet Astro?

Use the J 38778 (Door Trim Pad and Garnish Clip Remover) for taking out the retainers from the fender, extension and wheelhouse when performing service and repair on the rear fender splash shield. After separating the extension from the wheelhouse place it back onto position and fasten it on with extension push pins which fix to the wheelhouse.
