How to replace the rear door striker anchor plate on 2003 Buick Park Avenue?

To install the striker anchor plate of the rear door, one must remove the striker of the door first. Then remove the rear seat back and the anchor plate left on the rear pillar chute. To install, place the anchor plate into the chute and install the door striker. Lastly, re-fit the seat back and line the lock striker.
