In order to change the valve stem oil seal as well as the valve spring, take out the rocker arm assemblies and spark plugs. Turn the engine to top dead center, fill the cylinder with compressed air and a valve spring compressor is used to take the valve parts out. Install the new oil seal and the valve spring, and re-install it all.
