To change the auxiliary heater core, take off the auxiliary H V AC module and air temperature actuator. Remove the stud between the heater core pipes, part the gasket, and the heater core pipe retainer. Next, take out the lower cover and heater core clamp, take out the heater core and then fit in the new one.
