How to replace the Steering Angle Sensor on 2002 Chevrolet Suburban 1500?

To replace the Steering Wheel Position Sensor, set the front wheels straight and lock the steering wheel. Disable the SIR system. Remove the upper intermediate shaft connection, disconnect the position sensor, and pull it out. Install the new sensor and bearing assembly, reconnect the sensor, and tighten the connection. Finally, enable the SIR system.
