How to replace the catalytic converter on 2002 Chevrolet Prizm?

In order to replace the Catalytic Converter, jack and prop the vehicle. Disconnect the Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 (HO2S2), front pipe and the TWC off the muffler/ tail pipe assembly. Wipe the gasket surfaces, reconnect TWC and make sure that all the components are properly aligned and then tighten the fasteners. Lastly, install HO2S2 back and lower vehicle.
