How to replace the blower motor resistor assembly on 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?

In order to change the blower motor resistor assembly, take out the insulator of the right side instrument panel. Unhook the electrical connector of the blower motor resistor and the motor. Unscrew screws that hold the resistor, and screw in the new resistor. Re-attach the electrical connectors and replace instrument panel insulator.
