How to replace the right hood latch on 2002 Chevrolet Corvette?

Mark the perimeter of the right hood latch using a grease pencil to replace it. Take out the latch bolts and the latch. Unconnect the cable sheath grommet and cable end. During installation, place the latch end of the cable into the latch, insert the grommet, align the latch and screw it to the latch.
