How to replace the Windshield Wiper Switch on 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier?

To change the windshield wiper and washer switch, unconnect the negative battery cable. Take out the steering column trim covers and multifunction switch. Unscrew the retaining screw and de-hook the electrical connector of the wiper switch. Install the components again and reconnect the battery making sure the switch is working.
