How to replace the harmonic balancer on 2002 Chevrolet Astro?

In order to change the crankshaft balancer, one has to take out the fan shroud assembly and the drive belt after which the balancer is then removed. Wipe and wash all of the parts, greasing the oil seal in case it is reused. Install the balancer, drive belt and reattach the fan shroud assembly.
