How to replace the thermostat on 2002 Buick Regal?

Removing the fuel injector sight shield and emptying the cooling system is required to replace the thermostat. Then take away the air cleaner intake duct, and place the hose clamp of the water outlet housing back. Eliminate the thermostat, gasket and water outlet housing. Clean the mating surfaces and replace the components and check leakages.
