How to replace the front parking brake cable on 2002 Buick Century?

In order to install the new front parking brake cable, the left side instrument panel insulator, carpet retainers and lower center pillar trim panel must be removed. Take the brake cable off the equalizer, and out of the parking brake lever. Install new cable, screw it and adjust parking brake.
