How to replace the fuel pressure regulator on 2001 GMC Safari?

To install the fuel pressure regulator, release the fuel system pressure, take out the upper intake manifold assembly and disconnect the regulator. Take off O-rings and filter and cover the housing. Check the filter against contamination, apply lubricated O-rings on new O-rings and replace the regulator. Before the engine cover is installed, check whether there are any leaks.
