How to replace the Coolant Temperature Sensor on 2001 GMC Jimmy?

This needs to be done to remove the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor by switching off the ignition, then opening up the air cleaner cover and sliding the air intake assembly. Shut off the cooling system, unattach the ECT sensor harness and take the sensor out. Install new sensor, harness, fill the cooling system and reconnect the battery.
