How to replace the door lock cylinder on 2001 Chevrolet Lumina?

In order to install the lock cylinder on the door, raise the window and take out the trim panel. Retrieved the water deflector, de-connected the lock cylinder rod and removed the lock cylinder retainer. Install new lock cylinder and its gasket, and screw it and reattach rod, water deflector and trim panel.
