How to replace the power window switch on 2001 Chevrolet Impala?

The first procedure for replacing a power window switch requires front door trim panel pull cup removal from the front door. First separate the electrical connectors which attach to the front door power window control switch. You should use a small flat-bladed tool at the side of the power window control switch to unlock its retainer before removing it from the pull cup. To install the front door power window control switch completely seat it within the front door pull cup and reconnect electrical connectors to the switch. The last step is to install the front door pull cup back into place on the front door trim panel.
