Drill a hole through the sector gear and backplate of the Window Regulator and secure them with bolt and nut installation. The rivets must be drilled out to removal followed by separating the regulator motor from the regulator assembly. After combining the regulator motor with the regulator you should use a rivet gun to install the necessary rivets. Reinstall the Window Regulator assembly after removing both the bolt and nut which secured the sector gear.
