How to service and repair the control and shift solenoids on 2001 Chevrolet Camaro?

To remove the transmission oil pan and filter, remove the valve body except when replacing the pressure control solenoid, to service and repair the control and shift solenoids. Unscrew the internal wiring harness connectors, unscrew the solenoids and retainers and refit them back in the same order, being careful not to misconnect.
