How to service and repair the auxiliary evaporator core on 2001 Chevrolet Astro?

To service the auxiliary evaporator core, recover the refrigerant, detach the trim panel and duct assembly and cut electrical connectors. Un screw the back portion of the tube and take out the evaporator unit. Check and change gaskets where necessary. Assemble the case, fit the module, re-connect the components and leak test.
