How to replace the Coolant Temperature Sensor on 2001 Chevrolet Astro?

In order to change the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor, switch off the ignition and disassemble the engine cover. Empty the coolant, unplug the electric connector and take out the ECT sensor. Install sealer in the new sensor, harness, refill cooling system and reinstall the engine cover. Use the sensor with care so as not to damage it.
