How to replace the wiper motor on 2001 Cadillac DeVille?

To fit the wiper motor, collect the tools and take off the wiper arms and the air inlet grille panel. Unscrew the bolts and nuts which hold the windshield frame reinforcement, and pull it out. Desolder the harness connecting the wiper motor and pull out the drive module. Fit the new motor, and get all the parts re-fitted, so that they work.
