How to replace the oil cooler on 2001 Cadillac Catera?

In order to change the oil cooler, lift the vehicle, empty the engine oil, and remove the oil filter housing. Unplug the coolant temperature sender/sensor and de-plug the water crossover and seals. Uninstall the oil cooler and clean the surfaces and install a new one. Install the parts of the reconnect back and fill the crankcase with oil.
