How to Access and Replace the Headlight Relay in the Convenience Center on 2001 Cadillac Catera?

Begin replacement of the headlamp relay by removing self-locking screws from the I/P driver knee bolster energy absorber before sliding the energy absorber upward to free it from the tabs and extracting it. Extract the low beam relay together with high beam relay LH and high beam relay RH from the convenience center. Finally replace the low beam relay then the high beam relay LH and the high beam relay RH into the convenience center before securing the I/P driver knee bolster energy absorber through downward movement to the tabs. Install the self-locking screws to the energy absorber following a torque of 2 N.m (18 lb in).
