How to service the rear wheel bearing/hub on 2001 Buick LeSabre?

To fix the Wheel Bearing/hub at the back start by lifting and stabilizing the vehicle while taking off the tire and wheel then the brake rotor. Remove the Wheel Bearing/hub bolts and disconnect the electrical connector from the Wheel Bearing/hub unit to take it from the lower Control Arm. First wipe off the Control Arm surface and bore while taking away the brake shield before placing the hub and the bearing into position. Put the brake shield and Wheel Bearing/hub onto the lower Control Arm first ensuring you do not harm them while installing. Reinstall the Wheel Bearing/hub bolts using 70 nm torque. After that, reconnect the Wheel Bearing/hub electrical connection. To finish reinstall the brake rotor and place tire and wheel back into the vehicle once it is lowered.
