How to service the tail light on 2000 GMC Safari?

Twist the headlamp switch off and the rear doors open to service the tail lamp. Unscrew the screws and lamp sockets of the taillamp, and the bulbs. Put on lithium grease where necessary, reinsert the bulbs, reconnect the sockets and screw the taillamp.
