How to service the MAP Sensor on 2000 GMC Safari?

In order to service the MAP Sensor, disconnect the negative battery cable, and remove the engine cover. Unplug the harness of the MAP sensor, then disassemble the MAP sensor and grommet. In case of reinstallation, take out the intake manifold seal and put in a new grommet in case you are using a new sensor. And reconnect it all later.
