How to replace the Cup Holder on 2000 GMC C3500?

In order to replace the cup holder, take out the ashtray and slide the cup holder. Remover the knee bolster and the rear screws. Unscrew the cup holder retainer to loosen it, then screw the new cup holder retainer and cup holder. Fit in ashtray and knee bolster.
