How to service the Air Bag Clockspring Assembly / Spiral Cable on 2000 GMC C3500?

First switch off the SIR system in order to service Air Bag Clock Spring Assembly. Take away the steering wheel assembly, shrouds. Disassemble the wire harness assembly and take away the retaining clip and Clock Spring. Installation should be done with all fasteners. Install Clock Spring and components in one position before reassembling.
