How to replace the primary and secondary hood latch on 2000 GMC C2500?

In order to replace the hood latch, one has to lift up the hood and take out the upper radiator support baffle. Unscrew the hood release cable and take off the latch. Installation is done again by connecting the cable, locking the latch and setting the height. Lastly, make the hood even with the fenders and install the baffle once more.
