First of all remove the hub cap out by using the flat-bladed tool pry the edge of the hub cap then by using your hand pull the hub cap off the wheel. Record the hub cap to place it down with the finished surface facing up, and place nothing on top. For installation, align one side of the hub cap and place it on the wheel with the help of one hand, and then use your other hand or a rubber mallet to tap the outside edge of the hub cap into the wheel.
