  A: Raise and support the vehicle first before replacing the engine oil and Oil Filter with an oil cooler. Place the oil drain pan below the engine oil Drain Plug and remove the plug then clean it and inspect it, repair or replace it as needed. Clean and inspect the sealing area on the Oil Pan and replace or repair the Oil Pan if necessary. Then remove the Oil Filter and clean the sealing area on the oil cooler adapter, replacing or repairing if required. Clean oil lightly oil the Oil Filter gasket on the replacement and put in the new Oil Filter; tighten it about 3/4 to 1 full turn with the gasket must be in contact to the mounting surface. Fit then tighten the engine oil Drain Plug to 25 nm (18 ft. Lbs.)) and remove the oil drain pan. Drop the vehicle also and pour new engine oil in the engine.
