How to replace the primary and secondary hood latch on 2000 Chevrolet Prizm?

Raise and support the hood to change the latch of the hood. Take out retainer and bolts which are made of plastic, disconnect release cable and take out latch. To install, lay the cable in place, fix the latch, and make sure that the cable is correctly aligned with the fender and then tighten the bolts.
