How to replace the Fuel Tank Filler Neck on 2000 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?

In order to change the Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing on a Monte Carlo, open the fuel filler door and take the fuel cap out. Take the bolts out of fuel filler pocket and cover the hole with a tape. A tool is used to take out the pocket and the new tool is installed as well as to replace the cap.
