The installation requires connecting the EGR Valve pipe into the Exhaust Manifold while using a new gasket and strictly following the fastener notice in service precautions. You must install the egr pipe bolt to the EGR Valve before clamping the nuts until they reach 30 n.m (22 lb ft).
