To service the water pump, make sure the engine is cold, and then drain out the coolant. Remove air cleaner assembly, MAF sensor and upper fan shroud. Remove the drive belt and fan assembly and coolant pump. Inspect parts and replace, if necessary Reinstall components and refill the radiator with coolant and check for leaks.
