    A: To service the Coolant Temperature Sensor/Switch (For Computer, give enough time for the engine to cool to avoid a lot of lost coolants or injury to oneself. Take care not to damage the coolant sensor because the problem will affect the fuel control system. Drain the coolant on a partial basis. Needle off the tick sensor electric connector, and remove the ECT sensor. Apply the non-hardening sealer to the sensor threads before installation to avoid leakage of coolant, using P/N 1050805 or similar. Mount the ECT sensor and tighten it to 16-24 N.m (12-18 lb ft). Connect back the ECT sensor electricity connector and refilling on the coolant system.
