How to replace the front air bag sensor on 2000 Cadillac Eldorado?

In order to substitute the SIR Front End Discriminating Sensor, turn off the SIR system and take off the radiator support cover. Separate the Connector Position Assurance (CPA) and separate the harness of the sensor. Take the sensor out and replace it with the new sensor and have it fixed on the mounting screws. Reattach harness and CPA, and re-fit the cover.
