How to replace the A/C Hose for the evaporator tube on 2000 Buick Regal?

The replacement process of the evaporator tube starts by disassembling the left front diagonal brace and cross vehicle brace when they are present. Start by recovering refrigerant and after that remove the liquid/suction line bracket then the vacuum Brake Booster. Slowly release the liquid line nut first from the orifice then from the block fitting while being mindful about the liquid line removal. Discard the o-rings. Start by lubricating new o-ring seals with mineral base 525 viscosity refrigerant oil and place them onto the liquid line before positioning the line correctly into position. Connect the liquid line to the block fitting while tightening it to 16 n.m (12 lb ft). The installation of next priority requires fitting the liquid line nut at the orifice and securing it with 27 n.m (20 lb ft). The vacuum Brake Booster along with the liquid line/suction line bracket need to be reinstalled. The system requires evacuation procedures followed by charging then a leak inspection. The cross vehicle brace and left front diagonal brace should be installed after finishing the procedure.
